The final straw...

To whoever is paid to care,

Several others and I just received a ticket for parking legally. The citation says that I have parked in a no parking zone for street cleaning. Except today Tuesday and is street cleaning on the opposite side of the street as clearly indicated by the signs on both sides of the street. What is strange to me is that all the cars on the street are parked legally, meaning that there are no cars parked on the side of the street that it would actually be illegal to park. I have included pictures taken at 9:30am of both sides of the street and their respective signs. This does not give me confidence in the employee who ticketed at least 4 cars in a row and failed to notice that there were no cars on the opposite side of the street and wonder why so many people failed to note the proper no parking sign. I would very much appreciate the fine being lifted, for I will not be paying it. You might also consider lifting all the other fines issued by Officer --- on Tuesday October 20, 2009 between 8-10am on ----. I sincerely hope that Officer ---- will be informed of his mistake and that they will be more careful in the future so that this will not happen again to myself or others.
