I've needed a new wallet for a little while now, but I couldn't seem to find one I wanted. And if I did it was more than I wanted to pay, at least I didn't want it enough to pay what they were asking. I found a "make your own duct tape wallet" kit today, and now I have the perfect wallet.
Yay.

Did you really need a kit? Couldn't you just have bought a roll or two of the tape? Or are there secrets?
I'm too lazy to figure it out myself. With the kit it only took 30 min instead of hours and hours and ending up with a wad of ductape I could use for a baseball...or at least that's what I'm telling myself.
I actually think the extra color strips of tape were a big selling point for me.
